The stickers and sheets are NOT even on any edges, and there's melted materials that are smudging the front and back of the stickers.

Time to wipe all 400 of them down before packaging for my shows? !

- Your new method using laser cutting may be fine for others, but don't use that to define my quality standards. They look like shit

If you would like to. Some flights are pretty cheap. I'd say it's really worth it when flying over 4 hours or so. When I flew to last fan fest, it was 1st class. Just felt a bit short for the price
