Played the Entr’acte from Carmen Act III as a duet with a flutist from the Tokyo Phil and effed up in a v noticeable way on stage for more than a few measures (!) I was able to jump back in and get to the end without further incident, but ngl kinda glad I didn’t invite anyone to this concert (!!!)

After taking PTO every week last month (and ending up working anyway cause I didn’t set up coverage - big miss steak) I’m off for 6 days, turned off my work laptop and deleted Outlook and Teams from my phone. I am f r e e 🕊️🥹

I saw a thing of sour cream in the grocery for literally 1/5 the price it would be in Japan and I stuffed it in my checked bag because why not. I’m about to get home and can only picture opening the bag with all my crap slathered in sour cream I am mildly stressed
