DSA's Office of Wellbeing hosted Destress with Therapy Dogs. #Mudders enjoyed self/community care activities like drinking hot chocolate, making friendship bracelets & spending time with therapy dogs. You can shred a potato, but can you shred ON a potato? The #HMCmakerspace held a Music with Vegetables workshop where makerspace stewards taught students how to use #Arduino & #BreadboardCircuit components to capture the natural conductivity of fruits & vegetables to produce electronic sound. Barium titanate research by an HMC Clinic team was published in “MRS Communications." The team members originally sought to uncover the fundamental science behind barium titanate/silicone materials and then realized the materials' potential extends far beyond their original goals. uqr.to/mrs-bto.
