Turkey would not do this unless severely pressured by the US. This is very good news for Ukraine because it is hard evidence the US appears to have changed their policy towards being more unfriendly with Russia. You can also say it is US perusing its self interest.

Taiwan should do this all by themselves. No need for EU to ask for it.

More evidence the Ukraine strategy of taking Russian oil refineries off line is working. The damage to Russian economy is gaining momentum and will make it much harder for Russia to fund the expenses for their illegal war in Ukraine.

Another night and another successful attack on a Russian oil refinery. Hopefully, by the end of December 80% of Russian oil refineries will be taken off-line by Ukraine attacks and Russia will be forced to spend billions of USD importing diesel and gasoline. Money that can't be spend on the military

FIRMS detected a massive fire at the Kstovo oil refinery.

Ukraine hit another Russian oil refinery last night. October is going to be as bad for Russian oil refineries as Augus and September. Russia was one of the world's largest exporters of refined oil products and now they have to import it to keep their economy running. Slava Ukraine.

Explosions were reported at the Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery in Kirishi, Leningrad region. Local authorities have confirmed a strike on the facility, with fires breaking out in the industrial zone. Emergency crews are currently working to contain the blaze.

Ukraine do not need Tomahawk. The need the JASM missile that can destroy Russian bridges and power plants. It is an outdated missile that US has over 5000 of and Ukraine can launch them using their F16 unlike the Tomahawk that Ukraine can't launch with current assets.
noelreports.com
Despite growing Ukrainian interest, the US is unlikely to supply Tomahawk missiles due to inventory constraints and Navy priorities, three sources say. Instead, Washington may push European allies to step in with other long-range systems.

Slava Ukraine. Another hit on a Russian oil refinery

It clearly shows which countries in Europe who support the fight for freedom and democracy and which countries who do not deserve the benefits of freedom and democracy because they are unwilling to fight for it. Shame on the cowards in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
noelreports.com
The EU summit in Copenhagen failed to reach agreement on unlocking €140 billion from frozen Russian assets for Ukraine. Belgium is opposed, while France and Luxembourg fear legal risks, though most member states back the plan. Ukraine would repay the funds after receiving reparations from Russia.

This is important. Hope it is true.

WSJ: The US will provide Ukraine with intelligence to carry out long-range missile strikes on Russia’s energy infrastructure. This marks the first time the Trump administration will directly support Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russian territory.

Now Russia themself confirm the success of Ukraine strikes on oil refineries. 38% are off-line after just 3 months of Ukraine strikes. Ukraine is in a position to take out all Russian oil refinery capacity within 2000 kilometers of Ukraine or 80% of Russian capacity hopefully over the next 3 months.
noelreports.com
RU media report a record refinery crisis: 38% of capacity is offline, mostly due to Ukrainian drone strikes that have hit over 20 plants. In September, four major refineries, including Kinef and Rosneft’s Ryazan, stopped operations. Gasoline output fell by 1M tons, leaving a 20% domestic shortage.

Last night another successful destruction of a Russian oil refinery. Slava Ukraine

Overnight, Ukrainian drones hit the Yaroslavl oil refinery. Local officials tried to call it an “emergency drill,” but reports suggest the fire is at the VT-6 vacuum distillation unit, with an annual capacity of over 6.2 million tons after modernization.

Ukraine can shut down all Russian oil pumping and reheating for the entire winter if they manage to destroy 3 consecutive pumping stations on an oil pipeline as the oil will freeze along entire pipeline and prevent restarting the oil pumping even if the pumping stations are repaired.
noelreports.com
It appears the “Sukhodolnaya” pumping station and another oil pipeline nearby were struck, with both fires breaking out almost simultaneously. The station is part of the main Kuybyshev–Lysychansk pipeline with a nominal capacity of 7,000 cubic meters per hour. FIRMS data shows fires.

Some good news from the front lines where a large number of Russian troops will soon have to either surrender or get zeroed because they have no supplies to keep resisting.

Russian forces have reportedly fallen into three simultaneous encirclements. Ukrainian troops cut off retreat routes while drones track reinforcements. Ukraine’s Dnipro command confirms advances, saying Russian logistics near Dobropillia are collapsing and retreating troops are trapped under fire.

Another successful hit on Russian oil refinery last night. It looks like Russia has run out of effective anti-aircraft systems and also Ukraine has dramatically increased their long-range strike drone production. It is only going to get worse for Russia. Their economy is going to hell.

Very interesting. Ukraine shot down Russian Su-34 dropping bombs at frontline. It is interesting because that almost never happen anymore as Ukraine do not want to move their Patriot systems that have the range closer to the front line as they would risk losing them. Question is what took it down.

According to Ukraine's Air Force, a Russian Su-34 was shot down around 04:00 on September 25 near the Zaporizhzhia front. The jet had been carrying out strikes on Zaporizhzhia using guided bombs.
