A narrow sidewalk next to a busy multi-lane street that is split by a utility pole making it impossible to use safely and comfortably if you are using a wheelchair.

I have complicated feelings about Community Bus Benches. This particular design (from Better Block) is sturdy and simple. It still falls under the axion that anything you add you must maintain. Time will tell.
