Cirrus the Togekiss/Hisuian-Typhlosion fusion. Fairy/Fire type, it/its, silent, gentle, oblivious, lazy It has white/grey fur with red and blue triangle markings on belly and haunch, belly nipples, sky blue eyes, curly mane and back fur, wings on its arms, and a choice scarf wrapped around its shoulder. Its ghostly flames are purple-pink and absent by default. It inflates itself with said flames to achieve flight. Puffkissing hazard!
