In fact, the weird thigh cramps I sometimes get seem to be directly linked to my shitty core cant make this up. Anyway I'm now doing what I call sit-downs, which is just a sit-up, very slow, in reverse. I actually feel that in my abs, so I'll stick to that until I can do a proper form sit-up.

I never train my core mostly because sit-ups target everything but my abs so I thought those muscle groups needed catching up BUT NO turns out my core strength is so bad my body compensates with literally anything else.

To be honest in my head Kaz is way less freaky than Ocelot. However, Ocelot very much likes playing with Kaz, which he does in his usual freaky way. So yeah anyway bb is certainly never left unentertained.
