It's an option you can enable per chat type (say, party, shout, etc...) so that's neat, but the length is limited to two rows, and it's disabled in instances

So useless for both rp and for taking funny screenshots

Chat Bubbles - Can't be used in battle and two row limit makes them functionally useless for anything but one liners in limsa chat
