That's why it's called less than lethal. If that asshole were to hit her in the temple with that pepper ball at the velocity that it comes, it is lights out. I was in the Department of Corrections and they hammered this into us about all of those weapons and ammo. Always treat weapons as deadly.

Sir he is panicking about this and I can prove it. He's trying to bait Dems to cave by bringing up Vaught the P2025 boogie man.
