Fun afternoon planting lettuce with some new S1 gardeners, full of enthusiasm. Shared stories of planting olive trees in Syria, harvesting, washing and drying out the olives in the sun ready to cure, and about planting potatoes last spring in Glasgow and having them with dinner last weekend!
