Ever wonder why the #economy is great but everyone is struggling? It's called a K-Shaped Economy!
There's two markets where lower classes are stagnant, while upper classes are growing. We can see this in purchasing data where 50% of the spend is coming from the top 10%(source: Moody's Analytics)

Timing is key. A 5 year old wine can be delicious, but cork taint or oxidation can also ruin it so you're out a good, young wine for cardboard and musty basement.

It's been a few years but it had to happen. 4ish gallons of #homebrew #beer down the drain. Heffe soured on me, it wasn't bad, but definitely not good. Added a bunch of blackberry puree to it and that made it worse.
A ritualistic sacrifice so my next one, Holiday Saison, is even better!

I am saying this as an avid drinker ( #beer judge certs and all) and father:
It's not the kids at the #brewery that are the problem, it's the parents who let them Lord of the Flies. There's plenty of family friendly bars with activities for all ages. But you still need to be a parent to your kids!

The best fall drink isn't a pumpkin spice latte (no hate for it). It's masala chai concentrate and apple cider. Hot or cold, doesn't matter.

Found in a local buy noting group. A 4 year old @northernbrewer.bsky.social imperial stout extract kit. The yeast is missing and I doubt the hops were refrigerated, but I'm going to brew this!

Planning a #beer for my local #homebrew shop's Advent Calendar (25 brewers, 25 beers, everyone grabs one of each).
I want it to be seasonal and fun, but also not overwhelming. Thinking a kitchen sink saison with a bunch grain rounding errors from the year plus cinnamon and orange peel.
