Taxing the rich and closing loopholes will lead to increased government revenue for public services and lead to higher economic growth. The supposed negative effects is just wealth-funded propaganda. NeoGilded Age investments would decline but the overall economy would improve significantly.

I agree. And now with China in the mix it becomes that much harder. If we had done that in the beginning instead of adopting the racist neocolonial mindset we would have a more prosperous hemisphere that would have benefited the US as well. We are run by fools.

Nuanced views of many who oppose Trump get drowned out CCP type propaganda on the Right. I can support border security and oppose ICE, want better trade balance and think Trump is doing it wrong, oppose Hamas and the Israeli government, oppose Maduro and China and the invasion of Venezuela, etc.

None of that is disputed. In fact encouraged. But making a list of small businesses in one geographical location is different than making a list of global corporations. Best to buy local, ask questions and keep your eyes and ears open.

ICE was created or co-opted to be a state-funded paramilitary MAGA organization to enforce MAGA’s racial, political and pseudo religious ideology. Illegal immigration is the pretext. Their enforcement of this does not make sense. And like everything with Trump it’s a fraudulent money making scheme.

Dumbest come back. Do you know anyone with a small business? There’s a lot of us out here. I also know many who supported Trump. But many who do not and never have. I could make a list but how would you even go about verifying it? Your understanding seems pretty limited.

The notion that all business owners supported Trump is a left group-think fallacy. Small businesses are hurt by the Corporatocracy. They are also hurt by well-meaning economic policies that do not take scale into account and ultimately buttress the Corporatocracy and drove many to support Trump.

Obviously they are planning to overthrow the dictatorship of Maduro and install a dictator friendly to Trump and US business interests. Oil, China and western hemisphere dominance. After that, retake control of the Panama Canal and force regime change in Cuba. It’s not a secret.
