How it looked in the warming phase. The cheese was a higher grade age chedder so it doesn't toast like a cheaper chedder but the idea was a gooey mac that I would lightly broil before serving for a minute or 2

I don't think I ever been so disrespected... made my Mac and cheese and left it to be warm and some motherfucker who doesn't do cheese was like... I broiled it for you and dried my Mac out and I want to fight so much
