Good day. This is not neccesarily a bug but on the quest "One Small Step for Magic", the NPC Kyrtos has a unfathomly long cooldown to start which leads to a lot of bottlenecking and frustration amongst the playerbase, especially in Legion: Remix. Is it possible to lower the cooldown on Kyrtos?

@support.blizzard.com Seriously the lag caused by world bosses and in general on the Legion Remix servers is unacceptable and I would even go as far as say that the company is neglecting its playerbase by ignoring it for so long.

3 Weeks we are suffered with this and only one hotfix.

Thanks for the assurance, as you can probably understand. I am not exactly in the mood of reporting upwards of 20+ bots in the same place. Would one singular report be enough for a GM to see the rest of the cluster, or would I need to report all of them?
