You could also move it into like a game directory. There won't be any calls to it so it won't pop up plus you won't have any reason to look for it there

Put the art in a folder and then move the folder somewhere out of sight or hide it

I've had to do that more than a few times. It hurts, but the pain fades with time even if it takes a while
