Next week at the European Parliament, our "State of Housing in Europe 2025" report will show that construction is at a decade low while social housing waiting lists are swelling.

We will push for answers to these tough and real questions that create lasting change, not just temporary relief.

At the UNECE ministers’ meeting in Geneva, Housing Europe President Marco Corradi said it clearly:

We’re at a crossroads. Either we invest in public, cooperative, and social housing OR we keep pretending the market will fix it all. The choice is about courage and long-term vision.
