Got my channel rack more color coded, and also I successfully brought samples over from #Splice to #FLStudio!

Also figured out how I want to use the #crow samples in the intro! So now it's time to figure out wtf to do with the #crickets. #corvid #music

This is what I got done today. It's simple, but it is exactly the vibe I need. It feels like trudging through a dark forest, putting one foot in front of the other hoping eventually you'll find some sign of civilization.

I was putting off practicing #FLStudio because #anxiety, and now I'm realizing how it's really just one of those things where you need to sit down to it every day.

Kinda like how my hands still have the muscle memory for all my #ffxi controls.

(the #cyclical process of #writing and then #editing down can really get to be a lot. I tend to get lost writing, not knowing where to go next, and forget that trimming down what I have already will provide #clarity)
