Setting up Tidewave in a brand new NextJS project.

What is it? 👀

It can take years for someone to go from discovering your product to finally buying it.

That’s exactly what happened with one reader of our Elixir Patterns book.

(also, a Black Friday sale 😅)

Claude Code 🤝 Tidewave = 😎
I’ve been using both Claude Code and Tidewave for a few months now and was always unsure when to use one vs the other. No longer. I’m blow away by the Claude Code / Tidewave integration. Will be showcasing it in Part 12 of my AI series and episodes going forward. #Tidewave #ClaudeCode #ClaudeWave

Hey Elixir friends! :)
We need help completing Elixir's browser runtime by porting some Erlang functions to JavaScript.
No Erlang knowledge required. Each function unlocks multiple Elixir stdlib functions!

Have you answered the survey already?

We didn’t expect such a big response this year, and we love to see it. If you haven’t filled it in yet, you now have time until November 18.

Why LiveView DOM patching doesn't overwrite attributes updated through JS commands? This is one of the top questions I received after my "mastering live view reconnects" talk.

I finally have time to explain it 😁

If you're using Zed and want to contribute to Expert LSP, this is what you put in your Zed's config file to use a locally generated Expert release

Finally spent some time trying to contribute to Expert LSP.

I started to have problems with Expet with Zed and asdf.

With the inspiration from this gist.github.com/jeregrine/1b... and some help from Claude Code, I was able to try some improvements:

Jason Stiebs on X: "FYI If you use @zeddotdev and Elixir Expert lsp: Zed only grabs the newest build if the version changes. Expert only has nightly and version doesn't change. You may need to delete the file manually and this https://t.co/lrkW6qxpGC" / X

Elixir is full of useful gems. Just came across this one to capture logger outputs scoped to the test. Doing something like that in the Tuist CLI codebase took us a bunch of boilerplaity code:
