Our #bereyt peer support groups are not a substitute for 'treatment' or mental health services. Our sessions are rather a chance to share experiences and discuss coping strategies with individuals with lived experiences. We have heavy metal therapy resources and signposting available at our groups.

What is a peer support group?
A place where metal fans can get together to chat about music and mental health. They are not structured conversations but may focus on a topic or activity (like a playlist or doing metal related crafts). Our groups are run by trained facilitators in peer support.
