Friend just came home this afternoon from the hospital, he's doing okay all things considered.

I'm relieved to say the least.

No sooner do I get home, the fire alarms start to blare at 4 in the morning.

Never had to call 911 -twice- in a day. Ugh.

Thankfully it’s been dealt with but I’m a bit done with today.

I’m back home. His mum is staying with him for the night.

Okay… the specialist is doing their thing. Keeping him over night. Everything seems to be under control. Just waiting until I can at least see him.

A specialist is coming in to help. The prognosis seems pretty positive once they get here.

Just waiting until his mum lets me know how it’s going to go, though it seems likely he’ll be staying overnight.

We’re at the hospital now. I’m just waiting for more news while his parents see him.

He’s my childhood friend, so I’m just… anxious. He’s gonna be okay.

A fox at Grand Teton National Park has stolen at least 32 shoes from campers, raising park rangers concerns. The fox began swiping shoes left outside tents, prompting rangers to post warnings asking visitors to store footwear securely.
