Executive Leadership Coach & Chief Problem Solver
I help women leaders get paid, get free, and get shit done. Without the spiral.
Everything you want is on the other side of the conversations you’re avoiding.
“How can I be the answer to someone’s goal today?”

But it's also the energy I want to bring everywhere, being in curiosity and service to others as a practice.

This is what collective power feels like.

Them: Do you want to watch a 4 hour movie on President Garfield?
Me: Absolutely not.
Them: How about four 1 hour episodes?
Me: I'm in.
Death by Lighting is really good, BTW.
The entire cast is a knock out - highly recommend.

The journey from White Savior to Ally to Accomplice is lifelong, difficult, and essential leadership work. And as rewarding as the work is, there’s no grad party waiting for you.

Day 10 #SpookySeasonOfAsk. Reclaim your focus.
For an ADHD leader, an unnecessary meeting isn't just a time-suck; it's a neurological tax that derails your regulation and work.
Today, we practice canceling one, using the "focus guard" script I use.
DM me "ASK" for the link to ALL this month's Asks.

Republicans care about your health care? Yeah, right.

Right now, Donald Trump and Republican leaders would rather keep the government closed than figure out a solution to save your health care. Watch what they do, not what they say.

Day 4 Spooky Season of Ask.
And we're defining the destination.
What's the one problem you want solved by January 1st?
I'm sharing the exact "Future-Self Journaling" prompt I use to turn vague ambition into a tangible target.
It's a game-changer.
Want it? DM me "ASK" for the daily email.

No one gets to control what you do or how you act or your narrative.
Live, lead, and make moves on your own terms.

Do the work to let people be wrong about you. It's a doozy, but so necessary.
Because the real work - deciding how much access and energy you give people who refuse to see you.

Not every battle is worth fighting.
But some conversations aren’t optional - not if you're gonna get what you want.
The conversations you avoid shape your leadership just as much as the ones you have.
Tell me: is it harder to start a tough conversation or to stay present when tensions arise?

Historically, the only people who’ve consistently been hired because of their race and gender, not their qualifications, are white men.

That’s exactly why DEI policies exist.

Rolling them back doesn’t restore “merit-based hiring.”
DEI ensures hiring based on merit, not race or gender.

I’m an experienced woman with a brilliant mind that runs in 27 directions at once.
So of course I rely on tools to keep me focused… with mixed success.
Because the tools always work - when I actually remember to use them.

Is there a support group for those of us watching Paradise on Hulu with *the* Sterling K Brown?
Because every single episode, I'm like "WHAT. JUST. HAPPENED."
It's so good.
He's so good.

My 1st migraine since September took me out for 2 days. For a brain that couldn’t string 3 thoughts together, mine sure has a lot to say about this week.

Reminder to myself:
-Focus on what matters most.
-Find your people.
-Use your voice.
-Rest. The work needs you, but not at the expense of you.

Being told you’re wrong when you’re trying to do the “right” thing sucks. I’ve been there.
Retreat doesn’t create change.
Keep listening. Integrating. Showing up.
The work isn’t about perfection.
It’s about staying in the discomfort long enough to make real change.

I’ve been thinking about following the rabbit lately, cuz I’ve been sitting on some super weird ideas.
You know, the ones that make you cringe but also light you up?
The magic isn’t in playing it safe. It’s in saying the weird thing and doing it anyway.
You in?

Even if you just got here, none of this is new. It's just the veil has been lifted.
Trump and other leaders aren’t hiding their power grabs or their use of Othering to do it.

Stay informed, not inflamed:
•Touch grass. Seek joy.
•Build community.
•Create safety in conflict.
•Speak up. Speak out.

Watched Wicked tonight.
A bit too on the nose given the political malpractice of this weekend, and the Project 2025 kickoff on Monday.

Dude really wrote that over 20yrs ago.
And we’re living it today.

SO many good lines, but this one is a keeper:
“And if I’m flying solo, at least I’m flying free.”

Woah. All us magnificent GenX weirdos just lost an icon of weirdness and creativity.
Wild at Heart was my fave David Lynch creation.

The existential dread I get responding to an email, and the weeks of delay because of said dread, only to feel the dopamine rush of an accomplished task, plus the little oxy boost when it's resolved on a positive note for all parties.
Rinse. Repeat.
That's life with ADHD.

Sean’s back at Maryville, Ryan’s in school after the Longest Winter Break Ever. (3 1/2 weeks!)
News has been relentless, Weather downright rude.
January 14 feeling like the real first day of the year.
OH HEY, 2025. Don’t think I laid down. I was taking care of what matters most.
I. AM. HERE.

Silence isn’t always golden.
Sometimes, it’s the chain keeping you stuck.
Your voice is your power.
Use it wisely.
