I'm not so sure... Don't forget his SecDef once nailed a band member, who was well behind the target, with a badly thrown ax. And also hit himself in the privates with a skateboard. All on live TV.
Think about what should happen, then know the exact opposite will be seriously considered, but then something that makes no sense* will be enacted. Or the whole issue will be ignored.
* Except in context of corruption or petty vindictiveness.
That was, sorry to say, kinda inevitable. The only question is "What will America's subsidizing of the Argentine economy look like?" (As in: how much will this cost us? I'm guessing: a lot.)
In some ways, we should be thankful for that! Can you imagine the destruction he’d wreak, simply with his incompetence and stupidity, if he paid attention to anything important?
I've heard that one before. Decades ago, in fact! It's never really gone away, but it should. Unless you're born with dual-citizenship, it's not possible because the pledge you have to take includes a renouncement of your prior citizenship (in the case of the UK would that be "subjectship"?)
"People don't like us, so we're going to inconvenience them in a futile and ridiculous, not to mention expensive, display of military might! That'll get 'em onboard... right?"
I'm surprised the guy who owns the LA Times, Patrick Soon-Shiong, allowed this to be published! He is, after all, quite the supporter of the Dementia "President".
