I did this last year, so some of you will have already seen it, but for those who haven't, it's the history of trans-Tasman netball, including the result of every single test match between Australia and New Zealand.

On Friday, the Diamonds had a centre pass to goal rate of 89%. The stats don't go all the way back, but it's the best % I can find in any AUS v NZ test for the past 10 years. To show how rare it is, 89% has only been bettered twice in 9 seasons of SSN.

This is a great article from Jenny Sinclair about Michelle den Dekker.

Fun fact: She was the first captain to hold up the Netball World Cup trophy. Incredibly, it took 32 years before netball had a trophy for its biggest tournament.
The third #AUSvRSA test in Adelaide will be a full circle moment for Michelle den Dekker. 30 years after Australia’s most successful netball captain led her side to the 1995 World Cup victory, celebrating that success in her hometown feels pretty special.

This is a funny one. I think Australia's the greatest country on earth. BUT... I absolutely hate the fake nationalism they go on with in America.

The only time I really want to see the flag is when we win gold at the Olympics. So-called "patriots" are making the Australian flag a symbol of racism.

Nowhere is safe from the scourge of gun violence in America. You can't tell me we must simply accept it.
A couple of curlews have made themselves at home in my backyard for the past few months. This is the result...
Some players play full games, and some don't. Some play more games than others. Have you ever wondered what the impact of players is if averaged out over 60 minutes? It's in here. Plus, there's all the news, analysis, and great pics.

Nobody is rioting. Nobody is breaking any laws. These are cops in my city of Las Vegas just assaulting and arresting anyone on Fremont Street who looks at them. This is fascism.

Lots of news, analysis, and great images in Netball Scoop's wrap of Round 9. In the stats section, I look at Fever's clinical win over Swifts, and are there less close games than usual this year. What effect has the super shot had on margins.
Did we just watch a grand final preview?

See our Round 9 thoughts and analysis as well as the usual brilliant photography in the Netball Scoop Scoreboard.

The 2028 LA Olympics will be the inverse of the 1984 LA Olympics because this time only Russia will show up.
I've said for years nothing will ever happen to him. Lots of people online have been trying to tell me that justice was coming for him, but nah. I've always said that he will never suffer any real consequences for all the corruption, the crimes, the evil things he's done.
Which is very Trumpian. But unlike Trump, he doesn't have a cult of followers who'll support him no matter how stupid the policy is.

Canada is potentially about to elect a Prime Minister with a PhD in economics from Oxford, Mexico elected someone with a degree in physics and a PhD in energy engineering…

Meanwhile, America elected a barely sentient orange turnip.

Any Questions?!
