I always use this day as a ‘reset’ day where look back over the last 12 months and think about what I’d like from the next. If there’s a day you should be selfish it’s #WorldMentalHealthDay.

I just got reminded that 14 years ago today I went to see Alan Carr live at Wembley. I have no memory of this. Seriously. As far as I remember I went for after work drinks before I went there and clearly I got shitfaced that i don’t remember this. Awful. I was 26 at the time so leave me alone.

I want @lgbthero.org.uk to be posting more here as there's a large LGBTQ+ audience but funders love data and it's hard to know our impact on here. I went back on X for a bit these last few weeks because as a LFC fan the main football accounts still post there. The 'for you' section is the worst I've seen it. It's beyond toxic. If you want to show someone the worst of society just show them that section. Has society really fallen this far?
