Our theme for #Blackhistorymonth2025 this year is 'Legacies of Action: Understanding 60 Years of Change and Challenge.
2025 marks 60 years since the UK’s first Race Relations Act, a landmark moment in the ongoing journey towards racial justice and equality. #bhmuk25 #60yearsofchange
3️⃣ In 1971, he published a groundbreaking pamphlet, “How the West Indian Child Is Made Educationally Sub-normal in the British School System,” giving parents and communities the tools to fight educational inequality.
