I'm pretty sure that when Tony Hinchcliffe and Bill Maher were in the same room together it caused the universe to collapse into a singularity of zero talent and that's why the weapons-grade stupidity has been so out of control as of late.

I'll keep on saying it since it needs to be said:

"Less lethal" is the corporate-friendly sanitized way to say "less likely to kill you outright than other forms of ammunition". To anybody who says "It's just a matter of time before the thugs start shooting at us", they have been all along.

I still lived in rural Wisconsin back then and didn't see any in my area because that would have just been a good way to get shot. I did move to western Montana a few years back though, and outside of Missoula I reckon the same rule would apply here.
