Intrathecal morphine at 100 µg versus 150 µg for post-cesarean delivery analgesia: a retrospective cohort study (2020–2022):

Morphine 100 µg provided similar analgesia to 150 µg within 24 hours and resulted in fewer opioid-related side effects
