for all of Ferrante's exposure i still believe this is quite an "underrated" "craft" book.. plenty of insight into the "writing process" but more urgently: there's an overarching critique of the median mediasphere.. oddly sustaining mix of the thorny & the formal

It’s difficult to express how much work and money universities and colleges are putting into normalizing AI adoption. The University of Minnesota has licensing agreements with Copilot and Gemini for approved student use, and may form another with ChatGPT.

Someone once called me a "perpetual liar" & i found that fascinating even whilst the would-be insult was flung @ me—not only can one not feasibly (for better or worse) lie for the rest of their waking life; one also (obviously) can't rlly be stuck in the 1 same single lie-telling act for eternity :(
