So the judges are going to rule, based on the *possibility* that they don’t have all the information?!? Wouldn’t a judge demand ALL the information before making a decision?

If the government can’t provide all the information, shouldn’t they be going by the information they do have??

Someone also should be doing a quick probability check on the Ninth Circuit, with 80% non-Trump appointees keeps getting panels with two Trump appointees.

It’s almost like Japan’s police aren’t in the business of arresting people for no reason, without proper evidence.

It’s really not hard to have a 99% conviction rate if your police aren’t not corrupt and actually serve the public.
