Good morning. Here a few minimalistic shots. The colours are what caught my eye, so I tried separating them from the others which was a tough task with 10.000 kites and strings holding them being flown on that day. Hope y’all like them. Stay dry on this forecasted rainy weekend.

Good morning. Last week of September and Autumn seems to have really crashed in with ots of rain and low temperatures (at least here). Let's see if this is my last Summer shot. Another blended photo using the same photo with gaussian blur & then blending it in over the original. Hope y'all like it.

Back to my garden front. Took the original & an additional defocussed photo of pink flowers & blended both together. I like Autumn when the leaves have strong golden, orange and yellow colours, but I want Summer to continue.

Something different today. Saw this jar at Villa Kolbe, a former lost place now being renovated. They say it’ll take 10 yrs to complete it. I hope they stick to their plans! They opened the place on heritage day & this was one of the shots I captured. Hope y’all like it. Take care and stay safe.

Good morning. The last shot of the beautiful Dresden skyline mirroring in the river Elbe. This time I used ICM by moving a few times to the left during the exposure. Hope y’all like it. Take care and stay safe.

Dresden at sunset. A few shots I took from the Marienbrücke (Marien bridge) which luckily did not transfer the vibrations of the passing trams to my camera and tripod. I spent a few hours just at the bridge waiting for the sun behind me to set and get a few shots of the city at blue hour.

Good morning. After spending a day visiting heritage places nearby I‘m back with a few last shots from the steaming river and the red skies. Hope y’all like then. Have a great start into the new week.

Good morning. Is there anything better standing at a river watching the sunrise, listening to the natural sounds around you & inhaling the fresh cool air. Hope y’all like this this one. Take care & stay safe.

Good morning. A nice foggy morning at the river and then this cyclist added in to it, to give this feeling of drifting into that fog. Have a great weekend. It‘s „Denkmaltag“ (Heritage Day) this weekend. Do you have any plans?
September 13, 2025 at 7:22 AM
Got up early this week, which is a real challenge for me and went down to the river. The weather conditions are cooling down so the chance to get fog on the river is high & so it was and what a morning it was too. Here an abstract reflection composition. Hope y’all like it. Take care and stay safe.

Good morning. A few „dramatic“ shots today showing the triangular building closer up. When you are in the building then you can walk into the triangle and look through the construction to the outside. Hope y’all like these. Take care and stay safe.

Good morning. Another perspective which I personally like very much. The steps give a leading approach to this amazing building. Have a great start into the new week. Take care and stay safe.

Good morning. It’s like a ship that has just broken through the ancient buildings. My impression of it when you stand in front of it and look up. Have a great Saturday.

I went out to this interesting building. It‘s one of few very modern buildings. It stands at this location like a huge ship in sea & although it was harsh light I had the idea of also capturing some shots in B&W So here’s the shot in colour. Hope y’all like it. Take care and stay safe.

Good morning. Hello September & hello to the soon coming browns, orange colours & reds & now slowly saying goodbye to the lush greens. Taken in May 2025. Shot on Fujifilm X-H2 with the CZJ Ultron 50mm/1.8 vintage lens and M42 adapter. Have a great start into the new week. Take care and stay safe.

A shot taken with my vintage Pentacon 135mm/2.8 lens, M42 adapter & Nikon Z7. always great to use these lenses because you have to manually focus & take your time, giving you the chance to enjoy it. Hope y’all like this one.
