Here’s how I make Cana butter. So many of you want to know so here it goes! #canabutter
Use 7 grams of flower and grind well. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 240 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the flowers are darker. Pour into a pan with 1 cup water and a melted stick of butter. Do not boil. Simmer. Water and a stick of butter. Melt the butter slowly before adding the baked flowers. This is what it looks like after 6 hours. Give it a stir every so often.

I’m dehydrating more Carolina Reapers outside. We noticed a few critter holes so I spontaneously decided to take the seeds and tops and drop them into the holes 😁 I wonder if that will work 🧐 If they grow, well, ok 😁

Definitely don’t hesitate to wear a mask if it’s not good outside. I’m glad masks are a thing now. I used to pull my turtle necks up over my nose when I had to go into stores in the winter.

I used to teach CCD. Then I had to teach 6th grade. That is when everything changed inside my head. It was bible study. I paired it with the weekly mass and Gospel. It’s a long story but it was the kids who had questions and I let the priest answer them. Then I had more questions 🤨
