This facility is meant to break people down. Our legal team has seen firsthand the mold, disease, medical neglect, and inadequate food and water inside the Adelanto ICE Processing Center. In one year, the population surged from 3 to nearly 2,000.

We filed L.T. v ICE because the Constitution doesn't take a break behind ICE prison doors. We will continue fighting in court until DHS is forced to provide humane, safe conditions for every person in its custody.

Nearly 90 people are home because of the Detained Immigrant Bond Fund (CLUE Justice). The fund liberates community members and reunites them w/family but the fund is empty as bonds reach $10K+. Bring people home. 🔗 cluejustice.org/bond

We joined ACLU to press Congress to REJECT add'l funding for ICE & Border Patrol & demand that any appropriations bill for DHS restrains & requires accountability from these agencies.
