We had the final battle (!!) of our D&D campaign of nearly four years (!!!), which was a super exciting milestone!

This was one of the minis I painted for the big day. This mini (& the others I painted for the big day) came from the Darkest Dungeon board game. Love how freaky this guy turned out.

It's difficult to put into words how much Undertale means to me, how much it impacted and inspired me. I'll carry the experience and the world in my heart for the rest of my days.

Gosh I have been SO busy, but I finally can show off (some of) my TCAF HAUL!!! I met so many lovely people and saw so many incredible artists!!

(I *do* have more, BUT they're all gifts that haven't been delivered yet.. so I shan't post those. maybe later..)
5 books rest in an arc with 1 zine sitting in the gap below it. From left to right, the books are Fish RPG: Low Tide Comics, Evilish, Bunt!, Youth Group, and Deep Simulator. The small blue zine below is titled "Hey! Let Me Tell You About My Favorite Nintendo 3DS Games!" 2 rows of 8 prints of various sizes. 3 large prints of Bloodborne characters make up the top row, and the bottom row is made up of smaller various prints.

Post something Ogre-sized.

Never posted this because it was painted primarily by my partner last year and I only did small additional details and touch-ups, but, it is in fact Ogre-sized!

This is our painted Borborygmos mini from MTG, but for the purposes of our table, his name was Bundindas. 😊
The Borborygmos MTG mini. It is a very large cyclops, brandishing a stone axe with a wooden handle above its head. He has a large mane of bright red hair and a red beard, and blue-ish green skin. Two large, dark grey horns shoot out from his head, and he is wearing leather bands on his wrists, and some pelts for clothing. His mouth is open, two large tusks protruding from the bottom row of teeth. On his left, the skull of an elephant is his shoulder-plate. The back of the Borborygmos mini. There is detail work defining the musculature in its back, right arm and right leg. The stone axe blade is in focus, and there are chunks of shiny purple stone painted into it. Okay, usually I wait until a painted mini of mine has hit our D&D table before sharing it, but I simply cannot wait this time. I had an idea of painting a nudibranch-inspired Flail Snail, and I'm so thrilled with how this turned out!!

The top of the snail's head has 5 long protrusions that form flails at their tips, and the colour transitions from the pink of the body, to the orange and yellow at the flails. Its shell is vibrant orange, and bright yellow towards the base. The shell also has several a few brown lines that travel from the tip of the shell towards the base. It travels across a dark blue ground, and leaves a bright pinkish-purple trail of slime behind it. The snail's body is arched, exposing its belly which is spilling out the same slime. The Flail Snail still faces towards the camera, but now its shell is in focus, and is framed by the one of the flails. The shell transitions from the bright orange to the yellow as it approaches the base. The pink slime at the front glistens. A side view of the snail. The view shows off the bulbous shape and size of the shell, as well as the bumpy texture of of the snail's body. Beside the snail are two tufts of blue grass, and behind it trails a short curved path of pink slime. The snail is turned away from the camera. The focus is on the snail's body and head. Where the protrusions form from the head, there are many small creases in the flesh.

Painted one of the most terrifying creatures you can run into in D&D, a Marut!! Idk what possessed me to paint each of the dots... It was agonizing, but I'm super happy with how it turned out!

I finally took some time to paint the last of my chromatic frogs, the Green Slaad. Painted far too many details for a mini that probably won't see the table, haha

Early this morning, my lovebird Dotty passed away. She was a bird full of personality and joy, and she was my darling girl. For such a little bird, her spirit was bursting with love, sass and silliness. I'll miss her dearly.

This past summer, I went on a lovely trip with some friends. Wanting to make some keepsakes for them, I spent some time learning to make Mandala stones! These are some of the small test ones I did that I was happy with, and the 3 gifts I made for them. :)
9 pictures stitched together, each one of a small Mandala stone. They stones vary in shape, some oblong, some spherical. They also are painted with a variety of colours and gradients. While I usually try to just post art and bring joy, I do want say: my heart is broken for my friends in the US.

Things are terrible and scary. I know it's easy to feel overwhelmed with dread. But don't give up hope- protect yourselves and one another. Never stop the fight for a better tomorrow.

"I have endured... more than enough..."

Wanted to try a more painterly style than I'm used to. Definitely was intimidating, but I'm happy with how this turned out!

Yesterday we had a fight that included a Behir!! I personally felt like he should be a friend because he so many arms for hugging, but my DM disagreed for some reason.

A miniature of a Behir, a monster that is a large and long, curvy lizard with two sets of horns, and 6 pairs of feet, each with 3 dull yellow claws. The top of its body is deep blue in colour, and transitions to a more light green-blue hue at its stomach. Its mouth is open, showing off its small white teeth and a very light, electric blue colouration within its mouth. Above its blue eyes is one small pair of very small, dark brown horns. The second pair of horns is larger and curled, and its color changes from dark brown at the base, to a far lighter brown-orange near the tips. The Behir faces away from the camera, showing off its back and tail more clearly. Its back has something like plating that goes from its head down to its tail. Its curved tail is much thinner than the main body, and is raised off the ground. A side view of the Behir as it faces the (viewer's) right. With this view, the colour change from back to stomach is more visible. It transitions from deep blue, to Picton Blue, to the light aquamarine of the stomach. An angled view of the Behir.
