I think a lot of people forget The Game Awards are heavily dependent on which game studios are actually ready to announce a game. It’s impossible for every year to be high quality.

I’m ngl I’m kinda glad this isn’t coming until 2027 cause I haven’t played a single Mega Man game besides one time I played MM2 when I was younger and gave up immediately cause it was too hard

So they just confirmed that RE9 will FINALLY merge the survival horror and RE4-like action into ONE GAME with Grace’s story being more like RE7 and Leon the RE4 action

I just finished Chapter II and I'm amazed at the beauty of this game. The OST is phenomenal and I'm still learning new things to do while skating.

I just finished Chapter II and I'm amazed at the beauty of this game. The OST is phenomenal and I'm still learning new things to do while skating.
This is definitely one of my favorite games of the year so far.

Just realized there are also 7 shardbearers in Elden Ring and 7 tendrils/arms protruding from the centerpiece in the statue
Atp I’m convinced it’s Elden Ring related

My guess is it’s related to Elden Ring probably the movie and specifically Radahan in some way. People were confused about demon and animals mixed in but I think it’s because Radahan is known as the “Red Lion” and the lion is the king of the jungle which fits Geoff’s hint towards “regal”

I really want to write a long form article detailing my personal journey with the franchise after I complete Prime 4. It’s still surreal to me that it’s finally here but the wait itself has shaped so much of my life and I really don’t feel it’s an exaggeration to say that.

I don’t really give Metacritic scores too much value anyways but I think in the case of Metroid Prime 4, I especially don’t care.
The last new mainline release for the series was almost 20 years ago. The people reviewing this game experienced a completely different era of video games.
