The Cherry Blossom character is Chinese + Pakistani, I chose these two countries because cherry Blossom trees are thought to originate from the Himalayas, and those are the two countries of either side of them! Her name is Yingdara huakht (cherry ka darakht + ying hua)

The Weeping Willow character is Chinese, as that's where Weeping Willow trees originate from, and her name is Lonchuí Balixica (chuí liǔ + Salix babylonica)
