The two men are being intimate with each other - Wrathion (a trans man) is on top of Anduin, riding him at a sideways angle. Wrathion cradles Anduin's head and rests his other hand on his thigh, with a glazed look of bliss on his face. He is also partly transformed - scales erupt from his skin, and his tail, wings and horns are all visible in his throes of pleasure.

Anduin, beneath him, cradles Wrathion's body. A look of sheer happiness is on Anduin's face as he holds the other man close, a hand on Wrathion's chest. He has a blue earring in his left ear - gift from Wrathion.

They make love in a purple, crystalline cave, very draconic. But Anduin's cheeks will be feeling this tomorrow.

....also, do you know how hard (heh) it was to not make a joke about 'exploring the dragon's caverns' here? 'Delving the lair's depths,' 'plundering the dragon's cave,' 'thrusting his sword into the dragon' and 'slaying a dragon with his mighty weapon' were ALL there. He has a playful smile on his face as he does so, hand on Anduin's waist. Anduin also looks quite pleased, watching as Wrathion leans teasingly in. They are both in a state of undress, both only wearing shorts as they take up each other's space.

While the lads are being handsy with each other, it was has a feel of sweet domesticity to it. They're comfortable in each other's company.
