Also if you have a computer to write shitty prompts into an ai with you jave a machine that can run free art programs like Krita. Your phone can run IbisPaint, etc and a phone stylus is cheap as hell. Its really so easy you just aren't willing to put in the work to find these resources

Samuel's hair is, funnily enough, naturally blue! It's been like that since he was born, as he was initially a genome sequencing subject so his DNA was modified to produce this outlandish color. It used to be slightly lighter when he was younger, though.
Two doodles of Samuel, to the left is when he was younger (around 22-24 years old). He had shorter, noticeably brighter blue hair with a goatee and wore a light blue vest with a grey chained tie and dark bluish-grey gloves to match. To the right is Samuel's present-day appearance at 42 years old, in which he's wearing his royal suit and has a ponytail and full beard. Both drawings feature him holding a blue tablet in the crook of his arm.
