In some other games that do this, you can “gift” the access to the tasks to other players.

I know it won’t be possible this time, but could that be looked in to for the future? People have sent me gifts in this way and I can then pay it forward to someone else.

Hey Agents, I didn’t share a list of topics before the podcast simply because the week has been…a lot.

There’s episode 114 coming tomorrow though at the usual time, then a +Beta Bitesize on Wednesday and Friday about Stealth Ops & Urban Ops respectively.

Being able to Gift it would be great. I get that you can technically just give another person a code but it’s great when I get a ticket in Pokémon GO for an event from a pal and I can then pay it forward.

We were recently alerted to a security vulnerability in Unity (the game engine we use) that affects Agents on Android, and we have a patch for this CVE in Ingress 2.175.2. Please update to the latest version of Ingress.

Just due to cost of travel and flights etc.

I’m sure I’ll find a new role shortly but for the meantime, I’ll need to keep things tight so no Anomalies or unrequired trips until I get something new.

That’s all, back to making triangles and earning some +Beta tokens!

And now a personal note.

Hey Agents, I’ve been told I’ll be made redundant from my job at the end of the month. Doesn’t affect the podcast but I had lined up a few events to go to where @nianticspatial.bsky.social were attending to cover those via press passes so that won’t happen now.
