Oh for sure I get all that. Just commenting on the difficulty of balancing is all and the feeling when you get pulled a bit too thin.
I’ve tried to do this social media thing a few times. But burnt out trying to do it all. Good advice in general to limit yourself.

Its not to be clear, its just what I think burns me out about social media in general. The constant feeling of having to maintain. There being so much amazing stuff to engage with and so many amazing people that deserve my attention.

It would happen eventually. Law of numbers.

But making and maintaining relationships on this hellscape of social media platforms feels Sisyphean at times. Almost like it would be easier to care about the numbers rather than the people engaging.

Numbers don't matter; building those relationships does, I agree. I think that's what makes social media so exhausting.

If I only cared about getting my numbers up I would just keep posting and call it good.
