Don’t get me wrong. Not everything about it is a winner. I don’t like the stuff with Alfred or Martha Wayne. Since it’s not main continuity Batman, I can stop and pick it back up without feeling like ai missed anything.

I can understand that. I stopped after issue 2 but came back when they introduced Absolute Bane and it’s grown on me. I like that it’s a different take on the Batman characters. It makes sense that Bruce could have been childhood friends with some members of his Rogues Gallery.

Just finished Quick Stops vol 3 issue 2. This book is one of the greatest comics I have ever read but not in the usual “this is one the greatest comics I’ve ever read” BS way. This book is SPECIAL because it is
more than a comic. It is a tribute, and a love letter to Shannen Doherty by Kevin Smith.
