Grieving a friendship and what it used to be while knowing the likelihood of it ever returning to a semblance of what it used to be is slim to none, is probably one of the worst feelings ever. I could really use a big ol' bear hug or several right now. 😞

My disability isn’t something I talk about often if at all on social media. Here I am leg braces and all, I’m proud of myself. Took a lot to post this pic 🥺
