the requirements to buy him are 4500 ichor, 100% research on scorched, and completing 10 travel distance/travel meters mastery quests. his abilities are that he can place down a warp ring on two places on the map to teleport toons and that he reveals all main/lethal twisteds on the floor for 5 seconds when they first arrive and can take an extra hit from them
