🇮🇷 In Yazd, I witnessed #IOM Iran’s cooperation with BAFIA for Afghan refugees & migrants, with 🇪🇺 #EU 🇮🇹 #Italy funding support - construct classrooms, renovate multi-purpose center, install lights at sport field.

Every investment in education & health is a step towards dignity, resilience, hope 👏🏻

“There was just one loud crash, and all the houses collapsed on us. The quake left us with nothing.”

Since 5 September, IOM has assisted 3,375 families, but limited supplies & looming winter needs put many more at risk. Additional funding is urgently needed to continue support.
