The gaming community doesn't seem to understand that if they don't hire entry-level employees, they'll never get new mid-level employees and beyond.
It's like a society refuses to raise children and care for pregnant women, but expects a steady stream of labor to appear out of thin air.

We're gonna introduce animations in JSON format into the game, instead of doing it frame by frame. The artists and animators are crossing their fingers so that we can do it, and their life will become so much easier, lol :D
