In case of civilization collapsing, would it be a good idea to spring people from prison? There's a lot of smart and talented people there, and many would be grateful for the freedom. Also you might need their skills in case of chaos ensuing. So I think it would be a good idea.

Honestly I doubt I have what it takes to finish FFT Ivalice. It's really tough. So the correct placement of locations in FFT Advance is likely to remain a mystery forever more.
