Yurin is a new Mandarin Chinese vocal for VoiSona, based on the voice of the Vtuber 友琳Yurin. She's a university lecturer and has two vocal modes, a "warm and intellectual style" and a "bright and cool" style.

the version without the Yamaha voices is cheaper than upgrading through the VOCALOID store.
However, if you want the Yamaha voices and own the full version of a V3, V4, or V5 editor, it is still cheaper to go through the VOCALOID store.

On September 2nd, VoiSona will be updating Chis-a English and Selena to support multilingual synthesis! Chinese and Japanese for Chis-A EN, and Japanese for Selena.

Our first preview of Miku's V6 beta. A demo version will be available to existing users for a limited time later in 2025, with full release planned for 2026. She has Japanese and English with Chinese planned for the future.

Crypton has (Officially) unveiled Kagamine NT! They will release on October 15 with Original+ and Whisper+ voicebanks. They cost 19800 yen normally and 16500 for the upgrade price.
