Really don't understand the Labour approach to youth mobility. Given the EU asked Member States for a mandate, the best approach would have been to note their asks and look forward to a negotiation in which the UK would also have asks. Instead we've seen rejection and fear.
ICYMI in Playbook PM yesterday the idea of a UK-EU youth mobility scheme attracts strong support from the public. With 58% thinking it a good idea and only 10% a bad one. Strikingly even Reform voters are more likely to think such a scheme a good rather than bad idea.
