Fact I learnt today.

Brussels Sprout and Kale taste better in the colder months because the cold triggers a chemical reaction in the vegetable, turning starch into sugars (sugar stops the veg from freezing). This makes the vegetable less bitter and more sweet.

I read an article the other day which worried me. It said dog owners need to consider food safety more when feeding their pets. Most owners don't wash their hands before preparing their dog's food (me being one of them 😬).

Then I saw my dog eating sheep shit and decided maybe I wasn't the problem
