Health and time are blessings we often overlook. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) reminded us: “There are two blessings many people incur loss in—health and free time.” Use these treasures wisely in the lead-up to Ramadan.

Dua is a powerful act of worship, especially during fasting. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Verily, supplication is worship,” and that dua at the time of breaking fast is accepted. Use this blessed time to connect with Allah.

Usamah bin Zaid said: "The heart is the vessel of Iman. To nourish it, we must rid it of sins." The Prophet (ﷺ) loved fasting in Sha'ban because it elevates our deeds and purifies our hearts.

Abu Bakr Al-Balkhi said: “Rajab is for planting, Sha'ban is for watering the crops, and Ramadan is for harvesting.” The Prophet (ﷺ) used to fast the most in Sha'ban to prepare for Ramadan.

My sisters are so right about unemployed people not caring about spending others' money, which is why they don't work. Actually, they want to rely on others forever.
February 9, 2026 at 3:06 PM
Wasn't it right to check if an unemployed person can speak properly!

Only someone unemployed and uneducated would struggle to get along with us, the idols.

Shipra and Moni's wife gets so excited, exclaiming, "It's us! It's us!" as if anyone doing anything even slightly out of the ordinary is a reflection of them. Truly, they are worthy of being idols.

My elder sister Bipasha says it's a psychological matter—believing oneself to be special despite lacking real-life substance.

My brother Roni's daughter knows she's pretty like us. She says, "যেই না চেহারা, নাম তার পেয়ারা" —Truly, if you're ugly, you have no right to feel yourself pretty.

My younger brother Roni often asks me to capture our old photos and send them to him or Shipu. We’re self-obsessed—way too good-looking to look at.

In essence, the obligation to provide for one’s family is not optional but a clear command from Allah. Upholding this duty is a sign of true faith and sincerity in Islam. #IslamicResponsibility

A man who refuses to support his family without valid reason must seek to fulfill his role. Neglecting this obligation leads to hardship and is a violation of Allah’s commandments. He must act with sincerity and seek Allah’s guidance.

The Prophet PBUH emphasized that neglecting those under your care is a grave sin. Spending on one's family is not only a moral duty but also a form of charity with great reward from Allah (Sahih Muslim).

The mothers shall suckle their children for two whole years, for those who wish to complete the term. But the father of the child shall bear the cost of the mother's food and clothing on a reasonable basis.(Qur'an 2:233)

In Islam, a man’s duty to financially support his family is a divine obligation. Neglecting this duty is considered a serious sin, as Allah commands in the Qur'an to provide for one’s wife and children.

A successful marriage in Islam therefore is rooted in mutual love, respect, and justice. When both husband and wife uphold their rights and responsibilities, their union becomes a source of tranquility, mercy, and lasting happiness.

Marriage in Islam is built on love, justice, and mutual fulfillment. Both spouses should work together to create a harmonious, loving environment, fulfilling each other's rights and maintaining mercy and compassion.

Respect and honor are essential. A husband should speak well of his wife and uphold her dignity publicly and privately, as the Prophet PBUH said, "The best of you are those who are best to their families."

A wife has the right to religious support and education. A husband should encourage her faith, guide her in religious duties, and be a positive role model, fostering her spiritual growth.
February 9, 2026 at 2:12 PM
A husband must provide for his wife’s needs—covering shelter, clothing, and food—as Allah states, "Men are the protectors and maintainers of women" (Quran 4:34). Financial support is a key duty.
