Doing stuff!! I'm having fun with treating acrylics as if they were watercolors. Hehe. Thank you for @nud3jay.bsky.social for being a great model. I love this pose... looking on at a grand, beach view.

So... more practicing with oil pastels. I took a charcoal drawing I had already done and added fixative. Then I played around with the oil pastel sticks. I... I.. I'm on the fence with it.

Practicing with oil pastel sticks. It feels like painting and drawing all at the same time. Haha. I'm also testing out these boards that are treated with a toothy, clay surface.

Charcoal study of a male art model. I'll be making a painting of this later on. The Charcoal study is just to help get a feel for everything. The model can be found on Instagram @leo.ferreira.life.model
This model is very good with dynamic poses!

Hi all. Posting this just so I am consistent in posting stuff. This is a WIP!! Even tho I have warm tones and cool tones on the canvas, the finished painting is going to be more or less monochromatic. :)
